Edwin G. Parr EVP

We were doing an investigation at the Salt Lake Cemetery and upon asking if there was anyone around us who wanted to say anything we got this chilling EVP….

Upon further investigation, we found out that an Edwin G Parr died of pneumonia at age 13 and was buried in the Salt Lake Cemetery on June 10, 1906.   We are not decided if the EVP is saying Edward, or Edwin....(let us know what you think it says)...

Local Ghost Stories…….

This is Salt Lakes very own Jimmy Chunga’s (local DJ, Actor, and celebrity) ghost story. Those of you who live in Salt Lake may have heard this story from Chunga on 101.9 the end….and those of you who haven’t WILL want to watch this.

It takes place at the ‘This Is The Place’ monument and it is a very cool paranormal story worth watching!

And The #1 Haunted Attraction in America is……

According to Haunted House Online (and Haunt World Magazine) the scariest haunted house in America for the 2011 haunted house season is........

Pennhurst Asylum and Bates Motel in Philadelphia PA. Both attractions are owned and operated by the same company, and are a short drive of eachother.

The Bates Motel is located deep in a 200 year old forest with overgrown trees and dark trails, this puts people on edge before they even make it to the main attraction.

The Pennhurst Asylum is on of the scariest locations in America do to the real paranormal activity that takes place within its walls. Both The Ghost Adventure Crew and the Ghost Hunters have investigated the Asylum and both teams have come up with truly haunting paranormal evidence.

Check out the 2011 commercials for each of these attractions!!!

03-23-2007…..The Final Farewell

With all the fun fall activates, ghost tours, and haunted houses this time of year… I always get a little chocked up when I think of our beloved Rocky Point Haunted House. Any of you from Utah will know exactly what I’m talking about!!

It was hands down THE BEST haunted house in not only Utah, but in the Untied States (ok I may be a little bias there)….but it was truly awesome!

As a tribute to them….Please select the link (the title of this post) and view their final farewell website!

R.I.P. Rocky Point….you will (and are) missed by all.

Strangling Brothers Circus….

We had an awesome opportunity to attend the Grand Opening of Strangling Brothers Haunted Circus, the newest haunted house in Draper Utah… It is a circus themed spook alley with a cool new concept. It boasts more than 20 tractor trailers and a huge big top tent all of which are filled with nonstop terror!! It spans an entire acre, and lets face it clowns are just plain scary.

It is located at 98 East 13800 South Draper Utah

Open Mon - Thur; 7:30- 10:00 pm
